REQUIREMENTS FOR BECOMING OUR MEMBERS
Centres willing to join the CRCNN are expected to meet the following requirements:
- Must formally write a letter of request for membership addressed to the Convener of the consortium through the secretariat, which will be subjected to deliberation at the consortium’s review meeting. However, the consortium reserves the right to either accept or reject any application based on relevance, capacity and track record of the organization applying for membership.
- It must be a legally recognized Centre/Institute, registered by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) or established by a statute or any other relevant law.
- Must have good track records of accomplished activities that are in line with the aim and objectives of the CRCNN.
- Must not have records of any act of breach of trust OR crimes of whatever nature, and must have proven integrity.
- Must demonstrate capacity to contribute to the activities of the consortium in terms of expertise and otherwise (when the need arises).
- Must be willing to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) which is the binding document for all member-centres of the CRCNN.
